🚢 CASE COMPETITION

The case competition is organized by Odesa National Maritime University with the support of the Association of International Freight Forwarders of Ukraine (AMEU).

The goal is to help students develop practical skills in international logistics, transport management, and foreign economic activity.

📦 Tasks

• analyze cargo flows between Ukraine and Denmark;
• compare transport options (sea / intermodal / land routes);
• calculate the total cost of container transportation;
• assess delivery timeframes;
• analyze potential risks;
• justify the choice of Incoterms;
• develop a complete logistics proposal.

📊 Requirements

• clear structure and well-argued decisions;
• economic justification with calculations;
• realistic solutions aligned with market conditions;
• visual materials (tables, maps, charts);
• presentation of 10–15 slides;
• 10-minute pitch + Q&A session.

🏆 Evaluation Criteria

• depth of analysis;
• accuracy of calculations;
• logic and justification of decisions;
• understanding of logistics processes;
• risk analysis;
• quality of presentation and delivery.
