List of Documents and Procedures for foreign applicants at Odessa National Maritime University
I. Documents will be required to submit to ONMU
1. Persons Admitted to Bachelor or Master Degree
- a) Two copies of the passport translated into the Ukrainian language.
- b) Original and a copy of education documents with a list of studied courses (subjects) and received grades (points), verified by the Embassy of Ukraine or with an Apostille stamp.
- c) Medical insurance.
- d) Six photographs (3.5 x 4.5 cm).
All documents must be submitted personally by the applicant to the university admission office upon arrival at ONMU.
2. Persons Applying for Postgraduate or Doctoral Studies
- Applicants must additionally submit a list of published scientific-research works, specifying the place of publication. These works must be certified by the head of their educational institution or organization at the place of work.
- Postgraduates without published works must submit research papers (reports) related to their chosen scientific field.
3. Language and Certification Requirements
All documents listed in Sections 1 and 2 must be in the Ukrainian language.
Documents mentioned in Paragraph "c" of Section 1 and Paragraph "b" of Section 2 must also be certified according to the legislation of the issuing country and legalized according to the established procedure, unless otherwise specified by international agreements of Ukraine (verified by the Embassy of Ukraine or with an Apostille stamp).
